Description
LOOK AT THEM SUPERHEROES!! 
So I got some of my and *Lienwyn's boys a new story! Again! From left to right: Laurion, Zayed, Dex, Mitia and Stripe. Laurion and Mitia are *Lienwyn's, Zayed, Dex and Stripe are mine ^^
The story is meant as an introduction/backstory, and basically follows the boys through their teen years, from just before they realise that they have developed some strange, "impossible", powers, and through the process of dealing with and accepting said powers, to how they start training and honing their skills. Meanwhile they have to balance this with their ordinary lives as teenagers: coping with school, adults, responsibilities and duties. As they grow, life ain't going easy on them, and at the end of the story they're older and wiser, but something dark is definitely brewing underneath the calm surface.
The costumes were really fun to design: four of them - the four to the right - were originally demons based on the kind that appears in my story Vdrops, and their costumes are heavily inspired by the clothes they wear/wore in their original demon form, re-designed with their powers and personality in mind. Laurion - the blond to the left - did become a demon in his and Zayed's original story, but the costume he wears in this picture are based more on inspiration from a huge number of sources.

I keep coming back to this once in a while and every time I do I can't help giggling at Laurion. I mean, the others are awesome too - you can see their abilities and personalities in their designs - but Laurion is just perfect. I love the thought of him as some kind of male version of Black Cat (which honestly is what he looks like) and I've been tempted to draw him myself in this outfit more than once, just because OF THE POSSIBILITIES. Or something. I love it anyway.
All of them are awesome though, as said, and I really like the whole concept. Mitia's personality comes across really well in his pose alone
